ORKO always adds a few extra cm on top, so you don't need to allow for it yourself. LED flex can be cut every 10mm, so you can trim it to fit on site.

A dimmer lets you set the brightness to suit the room. Prices show the extra cost compared with no dimming.

  • No dimming: switches on and off only. Choose this if you will control the light another way, such as a light switch.
  • Wireless dimming: dim with a remote control, with no extra wiring to your wall controls.
  • Mains dimming: works with traditional and smart 230V dimmers, so you can use dimmers you already have.

Not sure? Wireless is the simplest to set up. Some options may not be available for longer runs.

Where can I cut the LED flex?

Every 10mm.
On the side of the flex you can locate the cut points - little black dots inside the translucent window.

Does the LED bend?

It bends 90° on a flat plane - which looks like a right angle on patio surfaces.

Do I need to be exact with the measurements?

No - we will always give you a few cm extra on each bespoke piece, so you can cut it down to the exact fit on site.

What’s the longest run powering one end?

Can you link led to led with a cable?

It is possible if you have the soldering skills - but we don’t recommend this approach as it creates failure points.

How long is delivery?

If you pay for your order before 2pm - it’s sent out on a next day service with FedEx.
